The Best Christmas Books for kids and the entire family that you can put on display and enjoy reading with your kids for seasons to come!
Building The Collection
I started collecting picture books for each season and holiday 7 years ago and displaying them on bookshelves in our playroom. It started as a way to get my baby / toddler into looking at books and readings, and has grown into a hobby. You should see the storage totes in my garage! I snag a couple of books during the post-holiday sales each year and publishers mail them to me for reviewing and recommending to my community. I add to my collection gradually. A couple of years add up quickly and so my collection is quite large.
I also know many of you have a family tradition of celebrating the holidays with a book advent. Some people take the time to wrap 24 books, some use a reusable cloth bag, and others set them on the floor in an oversized basket. Maybe you’ve just started building a holiday book collection, or maybe you are perfectly content placing library holds in early November. However you celebrate the holidays at your house, I hope it involves books. Lots and lots of books.

Recommended Christmas Books
I have researched and reviewed all the books on my Amazon Christmas Book List which is now at 250 books! There’s a book for every age and reading level in my list. There are timeless classics like “Santa Mouse” & “Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer” and new releases “The Perfect Tree” & “How to Catch a Reindeer”.

Here is a look at our 2022 Christmas Bookshelves in our playroom. Our bookshelves are the Ikea Mosslanda 45 ¼” shelves. I have linked several similar ones in my LTK Shop as well as some of the decor so you can transform a wall in your home into a festive book display.
Happy Reading!

Good post. I learn something totally new and challenging on blogs I stumbleupon on a daily basis. Its always useful to read content from other authors and practice something from their websites.
