This Piña Colada Dip requires just four ingredients and is incredibly easy to prepare! It’s the perfect addition to bring along to your summer BBQ!

This Fruit dip is one of my families favorite dips that I bring to BBQ’s and family gatherings. It’s incredibly easy to make and always a hit with everyone who tries it. The creamy mixture pairs perfectly with a variety of fresh fruits, adding a delightful touch of sweetness. I enjoy serving it with a vibrant assortment of fruits, such as strawberries, apple slices, grapes, and pineapple, accompanied by vanilla wafers and shortbread.
Ingredients for Piña Colada Dip:

Ingredients:
- 1 container (8 oz) of whipped cream cheese (much easier to mix than the traditional block style) or 1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese
- 1 container (7 oz) of marshmallow creme
- 1 can (8 oz) of drained crushed pineapple
- ½ cup of shredded coconut
Dipping Fruit and Cookies:
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together the soften cream cheese, drained pineapple, and marshmallow crème until the mixture is light and fluffy. For optimal results, chill for at least 2 hours
- To create an impressive presentation, start by slicing a pineapple in half and carefully scooping out the fruit to create a bowl for your delicious dip. Remember to keep the pineapple chunks, as they pair wonderfully with the dip! (Reference the video below for more help creating the pineapple bowl.)
- Spoon the dip into the pineapple bowl, and finish it off by garnishing with shredded coconut and maraschino cherries.
- Serve with fresh fruit, such as strawberries and pineapple, along with vanilla wafers and shortbread.
- Enjoy!
Tips:
- Be sure to drain the pineapple thoroughly, as excess liquid can make the dip too watery.
- If you’re using a block of cream cheese, remember to give it time to soften. This will help achieve a light and creamy dip.
