  1. Preheat the Oven. Begin by setting your oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the Cookie Sheet. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Mix Wet Ingredients. In a stand mixer, blend the butter and granulated sugar using the paddle attachment until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
  4. Add Egg and Vanilla. Add the egg and vanilla, then mix until everything is well combined.
  5. Combine the Dry Ingredients. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, ensuring all the flour is fully incorporated.
  6. Fold in @luckycharms Marshmallows. Stir in the Lucky Charms marshmallows, remembering to reserve some for topping!
  7. Shape the Cookies. Scoop and roll the dough into balls, each about 2 tablespoons in size, and place them on the prepared cookie sheet.
  8. Bake the Cookies. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until the tops are firm.
  9. Add Extra Lucky Charms. Once removed from the oven, gently press the remaining Lucky Charms into the tops of the cookies.
