Four Ingredient Lemon Tarts are a delightful treat that you’ll find surprisingly simple to make. The tangy sweetness of lemon tarts is a perfect indulgence for any occasion. Ingredients:

1 Box Pie Crusts
1 Box Lemon Bar Mix
3 eggs
1/2 cup water
1 tsp lemon zest
Powdered Sugar

Supplies:

Instructions:

Preheat oven. Preheat oven to 375°.
Unroll. Roll out your pre-made pie crust.
Create flowers. Use the flower cookie cutter to create flowers out of the pie crust. Place flowers into mini muffin tin & press down gently to form a cup.
Combine. Mix all the ingredients for the lemon filling. For the purchased mix, include the lemon mix, three eggs, and 1/2 cup water. To enhance the lemony flavor, I recommend adding lemon zest for an extra zesty touch.
Assemble. Pour lemon filling into the flower tart cups.
Bake. Bake @ 375° for 13-15 minutes or until lemon is set and edges are golden.
Garnish. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Enjoy! Serve with delicious lemon water!
