Four Ingredient Lemon Tarts

Four Ingredient Lemon Tarts are a delightful treat that you’ll find surprisingly simple to make. The tangy sweetness of lemon tarts is a perfect indulgence for any occasion. You will be creating a mouthwatering dessert that will impress your guests and leave them craving for more. The combination of zesty lemon filling and buttery crust is sure to tantalize your taste buds and brighten up your day.

Whether you’re hosting a gathering or simply treating yourself, these easy-to-make lemon tarts are a delicious way to satisfy your sweet cravings. So, roll up your sleeves, gather your ingredients, and get ready to bake up a batch of these irresistible lemon tarts that are sure to be a hit!


  • 1 Box Pie Crusts
  • 1 Box Lemon Bar Mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • Powdered Sugar

  1. Preheat oven. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Unroll. Roll out your pre-made pie crust.
  3. Create flowers. Use the flower cookie cutter to create flowers out of the pie crust. Place flowers into mini muffin tin & press down gently to form a cup.
  4. Combine. Mix all the ingredients for the lemon filling. For the purchased mix, include the lemon mix, three eggs, and 1/2 cup water. To enhance the lemony flavor, I recommend adding lemon zest for an extra zesty touch.
  5. Assemble. Pour lemon filling into the flower tart cups.
  6. Bake. Bake @ 375° for 13-15 minutes or until lemon is set and edges are golden.
  7. Garnish. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  8. Enjoy! Serve with delicious lemon water!
