Ingredients:
- 1 lb Italian sausage or ground beef crumbled
- 2 jars (48 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 Boursin cheese
- 1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
- 1 TBSP Oregano
- 1 TBSP Garlic Powder
- 1 TSP Salt
- 1/2 TSP Pepper
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

- Prepare Meat. Heat a large skillet over medium heat, then cook the ground beef on medium-high until it browns, usually within 8-10 minutes.
- Pour Sauce into the Crockpot. Begin by adding 1 jar of marinara sauce to the crockpot.
- Add Noodles. Break spaghetti in half before adding it to the pot.
- Time to add in the Browned Meat. Place the cooked sausage or ground beef on top of the spaghetti in the crockpot.
- Cube the Cheese. Cut the cream cheese into cubes and layer it over the meat. Also, crumble the Boursin cheese and sprinkle it over the meat.
- Pour in Second Jar of Marinara Sauce. Add the second jar of marinara sauce and water, then cover.
- Cook. Cook on high for 3 hours or on low for 8 hours. Thirty minutes before serving, sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top. Cover the dish to allow the delicious cheese to melt for a few minutes.
