End-of-Year Classmate Gift

As the school year wraps up, a delightful way for your child to say farewell to their friends is by gifting them an adorable sand bucket filled with cute beach essentials for the upcoming summer. This end-of-year classmate gift is a fantastic way to conclude the school year with a memorable touch.

Once I laid eyes on these cute printable tags, I knew that they would be prefect for a fun classmate gift or even a birthday party favor. A few years back, when Sterling turned 5, I did a “Dive into Five” theme and these would have be perfect as the party favors. The cute little buckets already have the sand toys inside, so just adding some gummy sharks or Swedish Fish would have made the favor.

The beach sand buckets and shovels come in a set of 12 and are ideal for gifting or as party favors. Additionally, I added various small items such as mini beach balls, shark or dolphin water squirters, bubbles, and colorful sunglasses that worked great in the mini beach buckets.

Putting the gift together is quite simple. Gather all your supplies and place them in the mini bucket. I prefer to put mine in clear favor bags so everything stays in place. Secure them with your favorite ribbon or yarn and attach the printable tag using the gold clip.

Here’s How to Add an Extra Touch

You could also have your kids consider adding a personalized touch to the Bucket of Fun gift that reflects the unique bond they share with their classmates. They could add an initial sticker to the bucket for each friend in the class, or have your child write a little note to each classmate saying what they will miss most about them. These are just a couple extra ideas that could make the gift even more memorable to the friends in your child’s class. Almost as special as signing that yearbook!

Shop the Supplies

People often inquire about my choice of printer and the ideal paper for printing these beautiful tags. I’ve had excellent results with my wireless Canon Printer, especially when using bright white card stock. It consistently delivers outstanding print quality.
