Wafer Cookie Mummy’s

Mummy cookies made out of wafer cookies

Wafer Cookie Mummies are the easiest Halloween treat you can whip up! To make these delightful snacks, you’ll need wafer cookies, white chocolate, and candy eyes. I also enjoy adding a sprinkle of silver glitter for an extra touch of sparkle.

  • Begin by melting the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until it reaches a smooth consistency.
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cookies to mimic mummy bandages.

Halloween Quesadillas

Quesadillas in pumpkin, mummy and skeleton shapes.

These spooky Halloween quesadillas are easy to make and serve as a delightfully eerie snack or meal. With just a handful of ingredients and a sprinkle of creativity, you can turn regular quesadillas into a Halloween-themed treat that will impress both kids and adults.

Begin by using a pumpkin-shaped or skeleton-shaped cookie cutter to create spooky shapes from your tortillas. To make mummies, cut the tortillas into thin strips and layer them over the bottom tortilla. Next, add your favorite cheese and fillings between two shaped tortillas, and bake them in the oven to avoid browning in the skillet. Bake at 350° for 4-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Immediately add eyes to the gooey cheese. Serve alongside salsa, some creepy guacamole, and sour cream to complete the festive presentation.
