Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Boil Water. Bring water to a boil for the Ramen, following the instructions on the package.
  2. Prepare the sauce. In a large skillet, combine all the ingredients except for the sesame seeds and green onions, which will be reserved for topping. Whisk the mixture until it achieves a smooth and creamy consistency. If it appears too thick, feel free to add a small splash of water to loosen it. Continue whisking to ensure that all ingredients are thoroughly combined!
  3. Cook the noodles. Cook the noodles for 2 to 3 minutes until they are soft yet still firm.
  4. Drain noodles. Combine drained noodles with the bowl of peanut butter sauce. Use a fork or tongs to toss the noodles like crazy! Ensure that each and every noodle is coated in that delectable, savory, and spicy sauce.
  5. Add Protein. If you’re incorporating a cooked protein, this is the perfect moment to mix it into the sauce along with the noodles.
  6. Garnish. Garnish with green onions, crushed peanuts, and additional sriracha for an extra kick! A squeeze of lime also adds a delightful touch.
  7. Enjoy!
