10-Minute Banana Bread

If the best 10-minute banana bread is what you’re aiming for, you’re in the right place! This delightful recipe combines the rich, comforting taste of banana bread with the sweet surprise of chocolate chips, creating a treat that’s perfect for breakfast, dessert, or an anytime snack.

I enjoy baking delicious banana bread throughout the year, especially when my bananas become overly ripe. However, it feels even more special when I get to use my heart-shaped cupcake and loaf pans. The heart shape adds a touch of love and fun to each bite, making them perfect for sharing with friends and family or as a charming gift. The aroma of freshly baked banana bread fills the kitchen, creating a cozy atmosphere that invites everyone to gather around and savor each bite. Baking is not just about the end product; it’s about the joy and warmth it brings to our hearts and homes.

Ingredients for 10-Minute Banana Bread

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  • Preheat Oven. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • Mash Bananas. In a large bowl, mash the three bananas together.
  • Combine Ingredients. In a separate large bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the nuts and chocolate, and stir well until blended. The resulting mixture will be quite thick.
  • Stir in Nuts and Chocolate Chips. Incorporate nuts or chocolate chips if you choose to use them. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Cook. Bake 50-60 minutes for a loaf or 30-35 for muffins, checking regularly until a knife /toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool. Let your banana bread cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Enjoy!

Equipment:

My choice of pan depends on our plans for the week or the day. For quick muffins when we’re on the go, I opt for the heart-shaped cupcake baking pan. However, when we’re enjoying a leisurely morning at home, I prefer the metal heart-shaped cake baking pan.

My dish towel from Geometry is definitely among my top favorites! The quality is exceptional! They feature the most adorable Valentine’s Day designs! Remember to use my discount code KRISTENSELLENTIN15 to enjoy a 15% discount on your order!

No matter if you decide to bake a loaf or muffins, this recipe is guaranteed to succeed. Simply mix in your ingredients and pop it in the oven. That’s what I adore about it – you end up with a delightful banana bread that will please everyone in your household. My kids typically finish it off so quickly that I need to prepare at least a double batch. I hope your family enjoys it just as much as mine does. Happy baking!
